• Phone Number: Used for authentication via Firebase OTP. We do not share your phone number with third parties.
• Profile Information: Name, city, and optional bio that you provide.
• Listing Data: Photos, descriptions, prices, and locations of items you post for sale.
• Location: City and locality used to show relevant listings near you. Precise GPS location is only used when you post a listing and only with your permission.
• Chat Messages: Messages exchanged between buyers and sellers on our platform.
• Search Queries (AI Search): When you use AI Search, your search text is sent to Anthropic's servers to generate better results. No personal account data is shared with Anthropic.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our marketplace service
• To authenticate your identity via phone number
• To display your listings to potential buyers
• To send push notifications about messages and offers
• To improve our AI-powered search features

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on our servers. Authentication tokens are stored in encrypted device storage (Android Keystore). We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Google): Phone number authentication and push notifications.
• Anthropic: AI-powered search query processing (search text only, no personal data).

Your Rights

• Access: You can view your profile data within the app.
• Correction: You can edit your profile at any time.
• Deletion: You can delete your account from Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and associated data.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new policy on this page.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chandrapur, Maharashtra, India.
